Determination
Landon has been doing so awesome at tummy time lately, it's so great! I prop some toys in front of him and he just stares at them like he's never wanted anything so bad in his entire life. He can hold his head up really well now, and the drool just pours out. :)
We will see how long until he starts rolling!
Twist and Turn
I put Landon on his floor mat and did a couple things in the kitchen. When I looked over literally 5 minutes later, he had wiggled himself all the way around a complete 180 degrees. He is such a wiggle worm! His legs are constantly moving. He is getting closer and closer to rolling over, it's like all of a sudden he figured out he can control his movement. It's so fun to watch.
Here is where he started when I put him down.
This is where he was when I came back over :)
Squinting
We have a very clever little boy on our hands. I am constantly taking pictures of him, and getting in his face to do it. Well, he has figured out that after the orange light shows up on the camera, it is going to flash a bright light. The past couple times I have tried to take pictures of him, he squints and makes this hilarious face since he knows a bright light is coming. It's super cute but I hope it doesn't last or every picture of him is going to look like these. Haha!
I still think he looks adorable!
The Future of Cintas?
Landon and I had to do a little photo shoot to get a picture of him for a presentation Michael needed to do at work. Needless to say, it is not so easy to get a picture of him smiling when you need one! Here are a few of my favorites from our little photo shoot.... keep in mind there are about 40 more..... :)
Isn't he just the cutest thing?

Mimi visits!
To continue our string of visitors, my mom (Mimi) came down last Wednesday to visit Landon (and us too I suppose). She came in on Wednesday afternoon and left Saturday afternoon. It was a great visit and everyone had a good time.
Then Thursday, my mom, Landon and I went to BJ's Brewhouse for lunch. It was really good, just like it's been every other time we have eaten there. Then we walked around the mall that the restaurant is attached to for a bit. It is a really nice mall, I'll have to go walk around it with Landon sometime.
Friday my mom took care of Landon while I ran a couple errands in the morning which was awesome. It's just crazy how much faster and more efficiently you can get things done without toting an almost 4 month old in his car seat around :) But I missed my little guy! Then I came home and did a bunch of cooking for gameday on Saturday. Friday night we all relaxed and enjoyed the start to the weekend.
Saturday morning Nicole and Guillermo drove up, and we dropped my mom off at the airport on our way to lunch. We went to Brickhouse Tap and Tavern again. It's quickly turning into one of our favorite restaurants. Landon got super fussy while we were there...which it turns out was the start of a string of a few fussy days now :( Hoping that passes soon! I think the poor little guy might be starting the beginning stages of teething, but we will see.
After lunch we came home and watched football. We had a pretty sweet set up thanks to Michael and Guillermo for all the night games. Of course Georgia made the big screen :) UGA romped Vandy and it was a very enjoyable game to watch! I don't want to jinx it, but I have a good feeling about this season :)
Sunday we went to a house of a lady that works with Michael to watch football. We stayed for about 3 hours and Landon was not a happy camper so we headed home to relax. It was another fun weekend, they just go by too fast!
Wednesday we just hung out at our place after she got in.
I got a little surprise on Friday from my sweet husband. A delivery of UGA sugar cookies! Yum! This guy knows the way to my heart is through sweets, not flowers haha. He is such a great husband and I feel so lucky to be his wife! (Also the cookies were really good!)

Grandad meets Landon
This past weekend Michael's grandfather flew down to visit and meet his great grandson. It was a fun but super short weekend.
This was Friday afternoon when Michael got home from work before Grandad arrived. Landon loves his daddy!
His face cracks me up!
Michael went to get his grandfather late Friday night and Landon and I hit the sack...poor Michael, always having to do the late night airport runs.
Saturday morning we got up and had breakfast and watched gameday. Landon was up early and being his cute little self.
The guys had bloody mary's and then Grandad held Landon :)
(Landon wasn't too sure about the whole situation haha).
Then we got ready to go to lunch.
The place we went to lunch was amazing! It was called Chart House I think and the food was great. It was an upscale place right on the water. Hopefully we will go back soon.
For dinner, we had sliders, veggies and dip, and a new recipe I wanted to try. It was loaded baked potato dip and you serve it with waffle fries...umm yum! It was so good and a definite make again!
Then we put Landon to bed and cheered the Dawgs on to their massive win against FAU. It was a great game!
Sunday morning we had breakfast and relaxed for a bit then headed out to lunch.
Landon and I had a mini photo shoot in the backseat of the car :)
The lunch spot we went to was incredible. It is a place called Oystercatchers and it is part of the Hyatt hotel, and a beautiful atmosphere. It's right on the water and incredible views. It is a brunch buffet and one of the most delicious ones I have ever been to! They had everything you can imagine. I filled up on the homemade pasta. It was dynamite! Then they had a whole room dedicated to desserts. We had bananas fosters, creme brulee, cakes, etc. It was really, really good.
After lunch, we dropped Grandad off at the airport and headed home to enjoy the last little part of our weekend. Love my boys!!
