4 month appointment

Landon had his 4 month doctor's appointment yesterday afternoon.  I was hoping he would do as good with getting his shots this go around as he did last time.  He did great, but did not like being examined by the doctor.  He cried the WHOLE time she was examining him haha.  She felt so bad because he had little tears running down his face.  Then we held him until the nurse came in to give him his shots.

He cried during the shots but stopped immediately afterwards and was fine.  He is such a good boy.

He is 18 pounds even.  I think it might even be a bit more but he was squirming like crazy on the scale (shocker right?  this kid NEVER stops moving!), so the numbers were jumping all over the place.  The nurse finally said we will go with 18 haha.  He is 26 inches long, so just growing like a weed.  He is in the 90th percentile for height, and 95th for weight.  The doctor made several comments about what a big boy he is.

She gave us the go ahead to start oatmeal cereal so that is on our shopping list and agenda for this weekend. We will see how it goes.  Landon loves watching us eat and gets entranced when he sees us putting the fork from the plate to our mouths so I actually think he might do pretty well with it.  Hopefully he will like it, and we will go from there with trying other foods. :)
